Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments can be cancelled by the customer up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in cases where:
- The service has not been availed.
- Payment was made incorrectly or duplicated.
- Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank.
No Refund Situations
- Services already availed.
- Sample collection completed.
- Reports generated or delivered.
